Milestone Funeral Partners is an organization based on being unique, lean, and fundamentally different.  Consolidation firms (private or public) often talk a great deal about local decision making. However, our partnership structure and capital structure was designed on the principle of local entrepreneurs (Managing Partners) being encouraged to make local decisions. Local decisions affect morale, team development, and an owner’s and community leader’s reputation. It is only with supported local decision-making that we can achieve the goal of being the perfect stewards of an owner’s local legacy.
